ORDERING
How to Order?
Ordering with us is easy and seamless and can now be done at https://www.seoulbestiesstudios.com
Step 1 – Find the items you want to order and put it in the shopping cart. Once you’ve put all the items you want to order, click check out.
Step 2 – In the Checkout page, fill up the form thoroughly and completely. Make sure the information is correct. Any incorrect information can cause delays in shipping. Also ensure that you have a working email address as all information will be sent there.
Step 3 – Choose your shipping method, whether door to door or pickup from the nearest J&T branch. (Payment for the Local SF will be collected only if we have already packed and weighed your items. In this, you will receive an email or SMS from us for the total shipping fee of your parcel).
Step 4 – Review the items for your purchase and select your preferred payment method. Click confirm order.
Step 5 – An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided with instructions on how to pay for your order and by when.
How will I know if my order was successfully placed?
An Order Confirmation Notification will be sent to the email address you provided. This will contain all order details, quantity, total amount due, including our bank details for you to process the payment transfer
Once I get the Order Confirmation in my email does this mean that my order is secured?
Your orders will be secured and considered SOLD once we receive your payment transfer. Customers will be given a Payment Deadline in the Order Confirmation Email to settle the amount due.
Can I change / cancel my order?
We allow buyers to change the album version as long as we still have available slots for the version you desire.
Strictly no cancellation of orders. submit an order if you are 101% sure that you are ordering. By confirming your order, you abide by our terms and conditions.
(Cancellation fee = ₱500 PER ORDER, if not settled you will be posted as BOGUS BUYER)
Late payments will be charged of ₱100.00 per week
How do I track my order?
Click on Track Order under Support of our website, enter your order Airwaybill number (AWB) to view the status of your order.
How can I change my details?
If there is a need on changing your details, such as complete shipping address or contact number, please send us an email immediately.
Unclaimed Orders?
You only have 7 days to settle your outstanding balance once the item arrived with us, if failure to do so, your orders will be forfeited, and no refunds will be made.
NO UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REPLACEMENT/RESHIPMENT
Please do make an unboxing video first before opening your parcel, in case there's missing/wrong orders we can issue a replacement/re-shipment. LSF will be shouldered on us in case that happens

Are your items on-hand?
All items are for pre-order. None of the items are on-hand unless indicated as such.
Are your products official?
We assure you that what we sell are all 100% official and sealed from South Korea and Japan.
Will my album purchase in your shop be reflected on charts?
Album sales of Seoul Besties Studios are counted on the Music Bank, Hanteo Chart, Gaon Charts, and the Oricon Chart (Japan). We ensure that you pave the way to make your favorite artists and idols climb up to the top of the charts.
Are the preorder benefits secured?
We do order within the preorder period to secure the benefits like official posters.
Do you provide warranty?
We have 7-day return/refund warranty if the item is damaged or not working upon arrival. For manufacturing issues, we will investigate accordingly.
Can I request for products that are not posted on your site?
Yes, we accept requests. Just Contact Us for requests and our admin will look for those products.
What if the item/s I pre-ordered suddenly go out of stock?
We encourage our clients to have alternative orders in case some items suddenly go out of stock. However, if you don’t really have an alternative, your down payment will be refunded accordingly.
In case the item/s I pre-ordered are out of stock and I don’t have any alternative, how will I be refunded?
Although we prefer refunds via Paypal, Unionbank, BPI, and Gcash——well, if it really can’t be helped, we are open to other means.
PAYMENT
Until when can I pay? Do you accept down payment?
We accept 50% down payment within 3 days after ordering, deadline of final payments varies depending on the item but is usually set after 4 weeks of ordering.
How do I pay for my order?
We are currently accepting the following payment methods:
- BPI Bank Deposit / Mobile Transfer
- Unionbank Bank Deposit / Mobile Transfer
- GCash / Paymaya
- Over the Counter non-bank payments: LBC, Palawan
- PayPal (via send money to friend option)
Note:
Deposit exact amount. Excess payment that deposited to our bank account/remittance will not be refunded.
Customer must provide a photo of the deposit slip if paid over the counter or the screenshot of the online bank transfer and the confirmation email as proof of payment. All relevant transaction fees (where applicable) are shouldered by the customer.
Customer must ensure that the name provided for remittance by Seoul Besties Studios is correctly spelled
Where will I send the proof of payment?
Please send receipt or proof of payment thru our email or social media platform.
If thru email;

Is it safe to purchase from your site?
Our website is powered by Shopify which uses an encryption technology that protects all the information transmitted. We do not store your credit or bank details nor do we share your personal information with any other third party.
How will I know if you’ve received my Payment Transfer?
You will receive a Payment Confirmation email indicating receipt of your payment transfer.
Can I still pay for my order in installments?
A big, YES! We want to make sure that we provide you with flexible payment terms. Products that can be paid on installments will be indicated in item and upon check-out. We require 50% down-payment within 3 days upon ordering and the balance will be due on a specific date that will also be included in the Order Confirmation email we will send you.

How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee varies depending on number of items ordered, Payment for the Local SF will be collected only if we have already packed and weighed your items. In this, you will receive an email or SMS from us for the total shipping fee of your parcel.
What are the delivery methods?
Metro Manila:
Same day shipping: Grab/Lalamove/Mr.Speedy
Metro Manila: J&T Express and Gogo Express
1-3 Business Days after receipt of courier
Provincial: J&T Express and Gogo Express
Luzon : 1-3 Business Days after receipt of courier
Visayas: 5 – 7 Business Days after receipt of courier
Mindanao: 10 – 15 Business Days after receipt of courier
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Another email will be sent to your email address indicating that you order has shipped. This will include a tracking number so that you can monitor the arrival of your item.
How long before I receive my order?
Items are shipped by batches from overseas. Please observe the dates that we have published for that particular batch that you are part of. Take note that in order to be part of the batch, you need to settle your payment by the specified cutoff. Most items are under pre-order and shipped from South Korea, Japan and USA. If items are ready in those countries, shipping will take 2-3 weeks. Items that are in pre-order like pre-released albums, DVDs, ETA takes 4-6 weeks after they get released.
Potential delays from ETA may be caused by the following:
- Processing in customs
- Delay in release from Korea
- Delay of courier
- Force Majeure (Acts of God / Unforeseeable circumstances)
Do you do meet-ups?
Sorry, we don’t do meetups. All purchases are delivered through our couriers depending on your address.
